With a clever algorithm at its heart, Dashes Pro hyphenates correctly and effortlessly, including words outside our standard lists. It does a remarkable job with the difficult compounding languages (for example, the Germanic group), and supports the new rules for German and Dutch orthography. Designed to work with Microsoft Word, PageMaker, and QuarkXPress, or any software supporting discretionary hyphenation, Dashes Pro eliminates the need for buying expensive language add-ons for these packages. Originally developed for the Mac, Dashes Pro has been recently ported to Windows and upgraded for Mac OS X.
