Century 21 In House Gifts (IHG)
A CRM-based portal with productivity tools for a worldwide real estate company, IHG enables agents to track customer information (including transaction history) and stay in touch with them in a timely fashion—for example, by sending gifts, cards, or emails. The portal includes an interactive calendar to help agents coordinate schedules and customer call-backs, a task manager to help organize their activities, and a variety of CRM reports for marketing purposes. Envion Software developed the front-end to the portal, using Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and ASP.
