We are hiring a Senior Java Developer for a long-term engagement building high-load fintech and logistics services with Spring Boot on AWS.

- Design and implement Spring Boot microservices with clean domain boundaries.
- Work with Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS-managed infrastructure.
- Drive performance tuning, resilience patterns, and production readiness reviews.
- Collaborate with solution architects on system design and technical roadmaps.
02What we expect
- Proven commercial experience in the role's core technology stack.
- Solid understanding of software design, testing, and code review culture.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with clients and distributed teams.
- A pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to delivery — you flag risks early.

- Contributions to architecture decisions, RFCs, or technical documentation.
