The standards we apply to everything published on this website — case studies, articles, testimonials, and product descriptions — and what you can expect from our public content.

01Evidence over adjectives
Case studies are published only with client permission and an approved disclosure record. Every stated outcome needs a baseline, a period, a source, and an attribution limit. Claims we cannot verify stay unpublished.
02Confidentiality and anonymisation
Some engagements are covered by confidentiality agreements. In those cases we publish only the context, challenge, contribution, and verified outcome the client has approved. Anonymised cases are always labelled as such — anonymity never inflates the claims.
03Demonstrations and illustrations
Where a product screenshot, interface, or visual is illustrative — for example a concept generated to show a type of solution rather than a specific client deliverable — it is presented as a demonstration, not as a shipped client product.
04Corrections
Each case study carries a publication date and a review date. If you believe any content on this website is inaccurate or concerns your organisation, contact hello@envionsoftware.com and we will review and correct it promptly.
