- Shape and sequence modernization backlogs with architects and engineering leads.
- Balance business continuity with technical debt reduction and migration milestones.
- Define acceptance criteria that make progress verifiable, not just visible.
- Keep stakeholders aligned through transparent reporting and honest trade-offs.
02What we expect
- Experience owning backlogs for complex, multi-team technical programs.
- Understanding of legacy systems, integrations, and migration patterns.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort operating with incomplete information and changing constraints.
03Nice to have
- Exposure to cloud migration or ERP/CRM (e.g., Creatio) programs.
- Technical background or strong collaboration history with architects.
- Experience with regulated or operationally critical systems.
