We are hiring a Solution Architect to lead technical design across client engagements — cloud architecture, integration strategy, modernization roadmaps, and AI delivery guardrails.

- Own solution architecture for multiple client engagements, from discovery to delivery.
- Design cloud-native systems on AWS/Azure, integration landscapes, and data flows.
- Lead technical audits and produce actionable modernization roadmaps.
- Advise on AI system architecture: RAG pipelines, model integration, governance controls.
- Support pre-sales with estimations, technical proposals, and architecture reviews.
02What we expect
- Deep hands-on background in software engineering and distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing and shipping cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to communicate architecture clearly to executives and engineers alike.
- Comfort operating across several concurrent engagements.
03Nice to have
- Experience with legacy modernization and migration programs.
- Familiarity with regulated domains (healthcare, fintech, legal).
- Public technical leadership: talks, writing, or open-source contributions.
