- Design production AI systems: RAG pipelines, agent workflows, tool integrations.
- Define evaluation, monitoring, and rollback strategies for AI features.
- Advise clients on model selection, vendor trade-offs, and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Set security and governance guardrails for AI delivery across engagements.
02What we expect
- Strong software architecture background with shipped AI/LLM systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with retrieval, embeddings, orchestration frameworks, and evals.
- Clear communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A skeptical, evidence-first mindset about AI capabilities and limits.
03Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries or high-stakes operational settings.
- Familiarity with LLM security risks and mitigation patterns.
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
